Who?

Hola! I’m Edmundo Murillo Calderón, currently a Creative senior copywriter, ad nerd and a Music library genius. I play Fifa/EA FC consideredly fine. I love cook (Check my Bocata Boy idea) but not sure that makes me a chef.

Where?

I'm a free agent at the moment. I have also worked at Publicis Spain, 2bTube, Dentsu Madrid, Butragueño & Botlander, MPC Content, VML Y&R Madrid, RK People, McCann Erickson Spain, and Y&R in my hometown of Bogotá. I started as an account executive at Y&R Bogotá. It wasn’t my favorite gig, but it taught me the ropes of agency life.

What?

Creating timeless and timely ideas. Work you can describe in one sentence. Finding the idea that reveals a truth from everyday life. And then we execute it in a kick ass, media smart way.

How?

Pushing. The work, the team, the strategy, the craft, and, obviously, myself. Collaborating to find a way, because like Yoda said in Empire Strikes Back: “Do or do not, there is no try”.

Why?

I love what I do and I like working with people who love it as much as I do. Did you just roll your eyes? I think I just rolled my eyes.
